If I could give -⭐️ I would. Had my car towed (the guy was wonderful to work with so we can give this star to him) on Saturday May 16. My car wasn’t looked at the first week its there which I can understand! However the second week we waited until Thursday before calling and asking for an update. They said they took a peek at it but still had a full schedule and didn’t have the time to properly diagnose it. At this point my husband and I are annoyed but we know how it goes so we just said okay we will continue to make only having 1 vehicle work. Third week gets here and we wait until Friday before asking what the deal is. We are then told that it is very “labor intensive” to look at and it’s being placed on the back burner until they can have someone find the time to look at it probably within the next 2-3 weeks. I’m sorry, why was my vehicle not put on your schedule in the first place. Why are we waiting for an open time when it can be placed on your schedule to have a promised time for it to be looked at. Also my car is a daily driver so what am I supposed to do for those 2-3 weeks, fly my broom to work?!?!? Anywayyyyssssss.. my husband brought the car home and fixed it by himsel

Extremely unprofessional experience with Felix Towing. The level of communication, attitude, and overall service was disappointing from start to finish. What used to be a respected name in the community now feels like a company that has completely lost its standards. It’s honestly sad to see. The Felix name once stood for reliability and professionalism, but that clearly isn’t the case anymore. If Eric Felix were here to see how this company is being run today, I truly believe he would be incredibly disappointed with what it has become. There are plenty of towing companies that still value professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, Felix Towing no longer seems to be one of them. Response.... Thank you for responding, however your statement contains several claims that simply do not reflect what actually happened. First, the narrative being presented here leaves out critical context. Anyone familiar with the automotive, towing, and service industry understands that situations involving vehicles on or near private property are not uncommon. What separates professional companies from unprofessional ones is how those situations are handled when they arise. When your driver

We are repeat customers at Felix and keep coming back because Wendy and the mechanics are upfront and honest. They helped us stay ahead of a leaky water pump and repaired quickly at a reasonable price. I also recommend them for routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. Thank you Wendy and the Felix Team!
